3.- Our balloon garlands come with frame and bases super safes to hold the balloons. 

4.-Accessories, details and backdrops are not included in the reference price, only the balloon design  

5.-If you need any decoration with different specifications and more details, please contact us and we are going to help you according to your request. 

6.- Time set up it would be according to how big would be the garland but as in reference in regular orders from 15 to 45 min. 

7.- the reference price Is for indoors, if you decide for outdoors, we need to add to the price $25 because different stand and heavy weights.
